Air conditioning constantly leaking leaving water over bathroom floor no beside lights so had to keep getting up to turn lights off

I did not find the owner's behavior acceptable. The day of our arrival, we encountered a leak from the ceiling of one of the bathrooms, creating a puddle of water in the floor. I contacted the owner by text messaging to request the repair. She called me to tell me that the problem was caused by an issue with the building and the air conditioner system that could not be resolved. Her solution was to tell me where I could find a bucket to collect the water. When I insisted on getting it resolved, she sent someone to solve the problem. In addition, the day of the departure, renters are expected to start the cleaning process. A list of tasks is included in the check-out instructions provided by the owner. The bill that we paid for the rental included a hefty cleaning fee of $170 for a 6-night stay. Renters should not be required to collect towels and dishes and start the wash, or take the trash to the trash room, if a cleaning fee has been paid. In our case, the fee was practically a gift given that we maintained the unit organized and clean, washed the dishes and discarded the trash daily. Also, the unit should be delivered free of problems.
