    Tried to contact so many times through email and direct chat via agoda but no response from the hotel staff. Before check in they actively email just to ask my time departure. Total room was only #### and they deduct for #### with deposit. Checkout by Feb 9th 2026 but i havent received my deposit money back to my account. The hotel dont response my email, I sent the email twice to [email protected] but no response, I also chat them via direct property in Agoda but no response to. C'mon, its not only about the money..its how you reach out your guest, what a poor service
