About this house rental
Unwind in Arlington at this historical home. With 6 bedrooms including 5 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 4 twin beds, this fabulous property is perfect for larger groups. Enjoy the convenience of 6 bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs. Experience the magic of Arlington at our house.
A beloved elementary school originally established in 1888 and rebuilt after a fire in 1912, it held its last classes in 2011.
This building has been beautifully renovated into a welcoming and comfortable home with extensive history inside and out!
Host do live on property in a trailer in an area that should not interfere with your stay, you just may occasionally see their cars driving on and off site.
In 2026, we plan to host outdoor weddings and events.

This is a great establishment for a larger group. We were able to stretch out and all be in the same area as a family.The high ceilings made it even seem bigger. Very easy to get to as it was a short drive to the highway/interstate. We would keep in mind to stay again. Great hosts.

Our family of 14 stayed here for a weekend, and what a treat it was. We instantly fell in love with its charm. It is such a lovely space. The way they have transformed this old school house into a beautiful home away from home, is truly special. The open spaces really lent themselves to being able to have conversations with a group. They were also perfect for playing games. The communication was easy and quick. All questions I had were answered promptly. We will definitely be coming back.
