A spacious room with a king-size bed, luxury mattress, soft blankets, and comfortable pillows. There’s also a large wardrobe for storage and a dedicated desk and office chair for remote work or planning your day.
Living Room & Kitchen
The large open-plan living space gets plenty of natural light. The L-shaped corner sofa is big enough to sleep two guests comfortably — one on each side — though it’s not a sofa bed. It’s perfect for relaxing after a day out, and there’s a 65-inch 4K Smart TV with both Amazon Prime Video and Netflix ready to go.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:
– A large fridge and separate freezer
– Dishwasher
– Washing machine
– Espresso machine
– Dining table
– Utensils, pots, pans, and everything you need for meals in
Bathroom
Bright and modern, with a full-size bathtub, electric shower, and a large mirror.

Other Things to Note
For bookings of more than 4 guests, we can provide a double inflatable mattress and a single inflatable mattress with an electric inflator, allowing the flat to accommodate up to 6 people in total. While it may feel a little more compact with this setup, the large living area makes it manageable for short stays.
Please let me know in advance if you require the inflatable beds.
We provide plenty of extra blankets and pillows for everyone’s comfort.
Only permitted guests are allowed in the flat. No parties, and please keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. out of respect for the neighbours.
An external security camera is in place for guest and property safety.
