About this house rental
In the middle of historic surroundings, in the coveted Sønderho, you will find this small cottage, originally built in 1820. With its authentic radiance from the rough walls and with its charming thatched roof, the house's 49 m2 welcomes. Despite the modest space and old age, there are modern conveniences such as ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, extractor hood and microwave. Cable TV and wi-fi are also at your disposal. The kitchen-dining area and living room are in open connection on the ground floor. The house's bathroom is also on the ground floor and has underfloor heating. The two bedrooms, with a total of four beds, are located on the 1st floor. The house is closely surrounded by other historic houses, yet undisturbed on the plot. The small cozy courtyard, which nicely matches the house, is sheltered from the surroundings. Note: there are very narrow and steep stairs to the two rooms on the 1st floor. Children should only use the stairs under adult supervision. It is not possible to park immediately by the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home in Fan, The spacious living room was perfect for our family, and having two bathrooms made mornings so much easier, We also loved being able to bring our dog along! The location is ideal for exploring the nearby Wadden Sea National Park, which was a highlight of our trip, Overall, a cozy and convenient place to unwind,
