Welcome to Langenargen directly on the shores of Lake Constance. The 86sqm apartment is located in a quiet residential area, approx. 6 minutes' walk from the lakeshore, on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. A garden with a covered terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing in summer. Bicycles can be conveniently stored in the bicycle shed next to the house and a parking space belonging to the apartment is located directly in front of the residential complex.
Langenargen is an attractive family vacation destination with around 4 km of shoreline offering numerous leisure activities.
The public beaches at the Malereck and DLRG invite you to swim and barbecue. A lido with a 25m pool, baby pool, play stream with mud zone, table tennis, volleyball and soccer pitch ensures swimming and sports fun for young and old.
