Fully fenced in private backyard has a beautiful new deck with Weber grill & firepit surrounded by gorgeous new landscaping. Plenty of room for games like corn hole, bocce ball and croquet are provided. Super clean and only 1.5 miles to the track. 15 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to the interstate ! Many extras to make your stay a great one !

Very well-kept and well-stocked place! Was perfect for heading to a race at the Speedway. The backyard with the grill was great, the whole place was exactly what we were looking for! Hoping to return in the future.

Communication with Randall pre-check-in was great. The house was clean and very well stocked. Everything worked. We were racing at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, which is only a 6 or 7-minute drive and so very convenient. Randall also suggested some very good restaurants nearby in Speedway. We would definitely rent this house again.

Such a nice spacious home with a beautiful yard! It was clean and nice, with nice linens and lots of nice details (coffee bar, waters, big TVs)Also pretty setting! Nicely landscaped with pretty flower pots and such a nice backyard!Would definitely stay again and recommend!!!
