We suggest to rent a car, Agios Nikolaos is about 30 Minutes away, the lybian sea with Ireapetra about 20 Minutes.
Sustainable through solar power system & spring water (normal mains electricity also available, no restrictions)

last 1200meters to the house is a natural street without asphalt.
But no problem to drive, we go with bikes and bicycles there.
Other things to note
Pool is only heated on request and assumption of costs.
The approach to the house is not tarred but a dirt road.
