The Dream House, is an Old Traditional family house in Rhodes that lives up best to it's name: it's a true Dream. The house is from 1888, and has been in my family ever since. My ancestors ,have built this house, and I have continued to shape this house to it's almost perfect state it is in now. The house has 5-6 bedrooms, this will be explained in another section. It can house 13 persons.

There is a big veranda outside the house that makes an outside living. It has a big dining area for 10, a hanging bed, a kitchenette, and wood oven with b.b.q. and a big lounging area. it is mostly covered by a pergola with authentic wooden beams, and this all makes your holiday one to never forget

The garden it is full with trees, fruit trees and flowers and is divided in 2 parts. The first part is with greens only, and the second part, with a small gate for kids safety is where the pool area and another veranda is located.

The whole property is walled with high walls, for privacy purpose, and wifi internet is reached throughout the whole property and gardens

There is the main house, with 1 master bedroom, a 1st floor with 3 small bedrooms, and a living room where there are high raised wooden platforms with each a single mattress. Both of these platforms (banka's) are reached through its own stairs, and have a curtain in front of it, for privacy.

Then there are 2 guest rooms, reachable through the garden. One is like a studio, with en suite bathroom and a small kitchenette, and the other is a guest room, with a bathroom next to it that is reachable from the outside side

The guests will have full and uninterrupted access to the total of the house and garden.

Koskinou village is a true gem on the island of Rhodes. It has a new part and an old part. The Dream House is located in the old part of the village but on a very quiet and hidden location. There are 5 excellent restaurants around the corner, and a few super markets and butchers. The location is a typical Greek residential area where tourism has not had it's devastating effects yet. So for a typical Greek holiday, the Dream house is an excellent choice.

There is public transport: there is a bus station just around the corner with regular bus service, to both the beach as well as to Rhodes Town. We also assist in car rent, so please do ask for our conditions and terms.

the house has 5 double beds in different rooms, and 4 single beds: 2 are high sleepers in the kids rooms,1 next to them in a separate room and should be for children over 4-5 years. and 2 is on a high raised platform in the living room with its own stairs and curtains in front. this beds are also for kids at least 5-6 years.
