The two-family house is located on a sunny hillside surrounded by vineyards and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Magadino plain, the surrounding mountain range and the lake in the distance. The apartment on the raised ground floor was renovated and newly furnished in 2022. In front of the entrance there is the house-long, partly covered terrace with garden furniture. Slightly offset, the typical pergola with granite table surrounded by greenery, for shared use. Car access to the house, short staircase to the lower apartment. 1 reserved parking space. Bus stop about. 300 m, shopping about 3 km. Lake about 6 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. 1 pet max. 20 kg allowed.
