Camelia Apartment in Villa Jejia is a charming 19th-century residence in Solcio di Lesa, just a stone’s throw from the sun-kissed beaches of Lake Maggiore. This luxurious one-bedroom apartment on the first floor offers stunning lake views and accommodates up to 4 guests. Direct access to the balcony from the bedroom with pleasant views is an additional charm. It is relaxing for guests. Ideal for couples or a group of friends, the residence provides a serene retreat with access to a beautifully maintained shared garden and a shared pool, enclosed for privacy and surrounded by lush greenery. During the summer, the apartment benefits from natural shade, offering a cool and comfortable space for guests to unwind. Whether enjoying a peaceful afternoon on the balcony or lounging by the pool, the shaded areas provide the perfect setting for relaxation amidst the picturesque surroundings.
Inside, the apartment exudes classic charm with antique interiors, featuring a spacious common living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, and a fridge with a freezer, while an elegant dining table set completes the space. Additionally, a laptop-friendly workspace ensures convenience for guests needing to stay connected.

Extra: A double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 people.

The house is on a main road, so some noise may be outside. However, once inside the property, the garden provides a natural buffer, creating a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The pool is open from the 1st of June 2025 to the 1st of October 2025.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 has to be paid locally.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 has to be paid locally for groups under 21 years of age.
The deposit is removed at the time of booking, so the flat will be checked after the guests leave, and a possible cash refund will be requested.
For bigger groups, guests can book ID 12040.
