Cute cottage! We stayed here for NSO at Texas State. It was awesome. We'll definitely stay again with this host's properties for future visits to see our child at TXST. Conveniently located off I-35 in an RV park. So close to campus. Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishware, etc....cute front porch, will be lovely in cooler weather! The bed in the bedroom is very comfy. There is a twin bed in living room that is also a couch for watching tv. Super comfy too!! The host was very responsive, we had one small issue that was quickly resolved but was not host fault. ***Red Switch in kitchen must be "on" for hot water. Like I said, we'll definitely book again!!!

Location itself is nice, considering everything we needed seemed to be within a 5-10 drive. If you’re looking for a place that is visually appealing this may not be the place as it is located in the back of an RV park. They also advertised room service but when we called to order we were told it was not available. The cafe is in walking distance so it wasn’t horrible. They do have security cameras in the parking and on the porch, that was comforting. Beds are a little stiff and pillows are hard, but it is a very cute stay and inside was very clean and welcoming. It accommodated our select ball weekend as needed.
