Apartment located in a small condominium, just above a physiotherapy practice, on two levels as follows:
> Entrance directly into the living room (TV 100cm) and dining area (8pax) opening onto the 40m2 terrace for sunny days.
> Open, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, oven, microwave, raclette, fondue, etc.)
> Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160cm) and the other with a trundle bed (2x 90/190cm)
> Bathroom (shower, washbasin)
> Toilet
Upstairs you'll find the other two bedrooms (one with a 180cm bed and the other with a trundle bed, as on the ground floor), as well as a second bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet) and a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
A mazot for storing your sports equipment and parking spaces complete this property.
During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Halfway between Les Praz de Chamonix and the Tines district, on the shores of Lac des Praz opposite the golf course. A 5-minute drive will take you to the center of Les Praz, with its few basic shops and the Flégère ski lift. 10/15min by public transport to reach the heart of Chamonix on one side of the valley, or the village of Argentière and its Grands Montets ski area.
2 outdoor parking spaces available. Bus station (Les Bois Lacs) 300m away and station of the mythical Mont Blanc Express (Les Praz) 500m away to discover the rest of the valley by public transport via our guest cards.
To explore the rest of the region by car, allow 30/40min for Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 for Geneva / Annecy.
