Our stay had very few minor issues but overall was wonderful. The wifi didn't work and the fitted bedsheets would not stay on the king bed. We weren't thrilled that the one area listed as a bedroom was not closed off. That should be stated in the listing but we were able to make it work. The parking pad was so nice having. We had two vehicles and was able to park the second on the street. We didn't use the garage because the upstairs resident was parked terribly and we were unable to fit another vehicle in there. But that wasn't an issue for us at all. The place was pretty clean, couches and furniture was nice. There was enough cookware, silverware, and amenities for 6 adults. The hosts were very communicative and always responded fairly quickly. Overall was a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Clean, nice place to stay. Hosts were great & quick with responses. It was great for our family stay. Parking space made it easy to not have to worry about searching for parking after long day of sightseeing. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

Everything went smoothly with communication and check in. The title on the online listing was misleading calling it a “luxury” apartment. The kitchen was nice but the rest of the apartment was average at best. The living room couches were really uncomfortable to sit on, there was no furniture in the bedrooms, nothing to even put a suitcase on, and one bed was stuck in the middle of what looked like a common area with no privacy. Neither the front or back yard had been mowed and looked terrible. Because of this we didn’t spend much time there.

The property is far from Luxury. The house has been recently remodeled but the cleanliness is less than desired. The table was sticky and had dirty napkins under the table cloth. The walls were need cleaned, dog pee on trim and smudge marks everywhere.The parking is available in the alley but very tight fit. The neighborhood is less than to be desired as fireworks were let off all night both nights and our van was definitely attempted to be broken in too. The backyard is barely mowed and looks terrible.The shower downstairs allows water to run down and onto the floor as well. This is something that should be looked at. The basememt also mad mutiple dead bugs laying everywhere along with window ledges in kitchen.I would not recommend staying here for the price. The location is close to downtown where we spent most of our time which was nice.
