Emplacement top, chouette petite terrasse, lits confortables, petites attentions de bienvenue à notre arrivée, magnifique région, chouette petite ville, très agréable ! Top vacances reposantes.
Il manque d'accessoires pour cuisiner, le fauteuil du salon est un peu juste pour 4, pas de TV, mais c'était prévu et ça ne nous a pas vraiment manqué.

L'emplacement est très bien, vue sur mer en pleine zone balnéaire de Perros-Guirec, petite terrasse. Excellent accueil de Cécile que nous remercions.
L'appartement est vieillot, les communs sentent l'humidité et comme le studio est au 3e... les casseroles sont vielles et largement abîmées, pas de bouilloire, la housse du canapé sale. Le prix ne correspond qu'à la situation, pas au 'standing' attendu.
