Odore di fumo nell'androne del palazzo, ma non imputabile al proprietario dell'appartamento ma piuttosto ai condomini.

Appartamento molto carino, situato al terzo piano (senza ascensore), ben arredato, pulitissimo. Ingresso con divano, cucina, tv, macchinetta del caffè e frigorifero. È presente un balcone.

scattava la corrente ogni 3 per 2 se si usava il piano ad induzione in più la padella non la prende con il piano a induzione e i condizionatori veramente complicati da usare
