Exquisite, profoundly beautiful hotel with warm, outstanding service that leaves us with perhaps the most “well-rested” feeling that we’ve had from a 2 night stay anywhere.
The whole environment feels special: it’s tastefully ostentatious, luxurious, peaceful. Incredible view of the lake, and great position to head out and explore the lakeside.
The whole team here is excellent: especially Peter, Nancy, Darren, and the lovely guy at the gym/pool who made us feel at home and pampered.
Every detail here has been thoughtfully considered: and there’s a sense of fine generosity and elegance that permeates everything about the place.
Thank you for the amazing experience.
Ask for a guided tour of the lighting control panel as the auto-night lights are non-intuitive (but pretty neat).

It‘s perfect. Located right in the most beatiful part of the West Lake area with stunning views of the lake from the room as well as the roof terrace, extremely friendly and attentive service, spotlessly clean, of course and amazing rooms with lovely and clever details, technically state of the art too. Absolutely top notch. Best hotel I have ever stayed in.
