La struttura si trova a Lignano pineta ma non distante in bici o in auto al centro. L'appartamento era pulito e con tutte le attrezzature utili per la cucina. Il balconcino piccolo ma comunque si riesce a mangiare in quattro persone con un ottima vista sul mare.
Purtroppo c'era solo un asciugamano a persona e mancavano anche i sacchi per l'immondizia. Anche i prodotti da bagno scarseggiavano. Peccato perché con qualche accorgimento in più sarebbe stato tutto perfetto.

Wir waren überrascht, wie einfach der Check-in war.
Die Wohnung hat uns in allen Punkten sehr gut gefallen. Sie war sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz für Autos und Fahrräder ist groß und sicher. Der Blick aufs Meer zusammen mit dem Frühstück war ein besonderes Highlight und der perfekte Start in den Tag.
Der Abschied fiel uns schwer, aber wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an dem tollen Gastgeber!

Die Lage war hervorragend. Strand fußnah erreichbar. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat veranlasst, dass die Wohnung geputzt wurde und fehlende Gegenstände ergänzt wurde und hat uns eine Flasche Wein und Kaffee als Entschädigung gegeben.
Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung verdreckt; nicht geputzt, schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank, Bettlaken dreckig; war nicht gewechselt, Gasflasche war leer, etc. ….
