Konumu otobüs istasyonuna çok yakın. Markete çok yakın. Çok temiz. Fiyatı da uygun. Çalışanlar iyiydi. Güleryüzlülerdi.
The location is very close to the bus station. Very close to the market. Very clean. The price is affordable. The staff were good and friendly.
Buzdolabı yok. Biz bunu fark etmeden rezervasyon yaptık. Bilseydik ve uygun olsaydı 3-5 euro daha pahalı ve buzdolabı olan odaya geçiş yapardık. Ama o odalar müsait değildi.
There was no fridge. We didn’t notice this when booking. If we had known and if it had been available, we would have chosen a room with a fridge, even if it cost 3–5 euros more. But those rooms were not available.

Apartment area is good and very near to city center.
Late time checkin and last minute changes are supported if you contact why you need it. We needed it because of Nis border from Kosova problem.
Dimitri had come to give our cheese because there is no refrigrator in the room, and he helped us to get on bus station, it was only 5 minutes car drive. It was a good gesture.
We stayed 2 nights. I recommend you to stay one night only. They don't make any cleaning while you stay.
They use cash only and ask the money immideately after showing the room.
Room description is wrong. 3 people can not sleep in this room. We were 2 but I thought at least we can put our things somewhere. You can use very small area. And you may call them where to put your stuff because they may use small wardrop before you arrive and put a lot of things inside. The chair is not opening very well. 1 meter child may sleep but I don't think children sleep without moving.
Room climate doesn't have sleep mode. There are moscitoes at night.
On the balcony there were smoking trash. In the shower there were used body sponge. Sink is obviously used before. I think only beds are cleaned before we arrived. At least I hope they changed it. I didn't see any hair on the bed. But I didnt look it carefully because we arrived late and I need to sleep. Room has no carpet. It is ok but apartment didn't put any sleepers. I had to make a lot of contacts for little things. Why there is a little toilet paper left. Where can I have spare one? Where is foot towel?... They told me where to find in the reception and I found it. I don't like to ask every little thing. You should prepare the room for us. A little shampoo left but I don't wanna contact with them for that I got bored.
At last evening I learned that we were staying only 2 rooms for the evening and still no towel. I don't want to call them for towel..
Conclusion, this is an empty hotel room which you pay only cash when you enter inside. You should check every little thing while you are checking in. toilet paper cleaning etc. After that you can only contact with phone and they are not nearby.
