Location was ok, about 35 minutes walk from the centre of Manchester although much quicker if you get a bus from a stop about 5 minutes walk away. The hosts were very prompt with their communication even out of hours which was appreciated. The heating wasn't working when we arrived but the hosts sent out an engineer to fix it within a couple of hours which we really appreciated especially as it was a Sunday evening.
The house decor is a little tired and battered but perfectly servicable.

It was very lovely, clean house, facilities were fantastic, the host was very good, quick response to queries, and also made sure we were comfortable with everything, highly recommend, everything went smoothly.

Easy instructions and easy to access
I had to clean some of the utensils before using and parts of the oven. There was what looked like blood or sauce on them. There were empty pringles packets under the sofas and we left the property in a better state that we found it. One of the blinds was broken so you couldn't open it.
