It was really conveniently situated in Salisbury with a short walk to all amenities.
Beds were not the worst I have been in and I think that this is personal preference, I'd say the they were firm to hard.
The kiychen was a bonus so you could eat in without having to go out.
As others have said, it was very noisy. We stayed on a Saturday before Christmnas so this could have something to do with it.
Lots of people shouting whilst walking past all the way up until 2am and the bottles being chucked into the bins from the nearby restaurant at 23:45, if you are a deep sleeper then no problem!
Oh, and if you don't like church bells going off every hour at night then this isn't for you!

No tv aerial wasn't a problem for us
I have Angina, so the layout was a slight problem for me. My daughter helped me a fair bit.

Great location in the middle of Salisbury, close to the cathedral and other attractions, and to shops and restaurants. Easy entry getting the key out of the lockbox.
This is ideal for a couple, less ideal when using both rooms for sleeping because the bathroom is only accessible from the main bedroom. People sleeping in the other room (living room/bedroom) need to walk downstairs to use the toilet.
