Great communication with the owner, any problems or questions I had were answered quickly. Used for the night before my wedding with 2 bridesmaids and was great for the morning wedding prep before moving on to the venue. Very clean and great parking.
If I had to say anything the bed in the master bedroom was a little hard and could have done with some less plump pillows (but thats personal preference) the sofa bed was ok but the back of it was held up with chairs, not sure if this was due to us wanting to use it as a sofa bed but if it wasnt it would have been difficult to sit and lean back on. BUT that wasnt a problem and absolutely perfect for what I needed.

Convenient location for us, spacious. Good to have parking space. Fairy quiet considering it is near a junction and dual carriageway. Good TV.
The main bedroom and en-suite smelt of stale cigarette smoke.

Access to the property was easy using the door codes. It was clean
Parking space was too small, I had to park on the road. It was noisy - from the neighbours going up and down the stairs and talking and going in and out. There was also a lot of road noise. The hot tap in the bathroom didn’t work. Very small bedroom, the photos were misleading
