Huset var beläget endast ett 25tal meter ifrån havet och var välutrustat och hade fina sängar och ett mycket vackert vardagsrum. Huset låg tämligen nära en välsorterad livsmedelsaffär. Och dessutom fanns det en parkeringsplats på tomen vilket var positivt.
En instruktion om hur varmvattnet skulle fungera i badrummet hade varit på sin plats ( obs ingen kritik utan ett " förbättringsförslag")
