Very good location, everything in walking distance. Perfect communication, modern, very clean apartment, comfortable beds (all!), shampoo-shower gel-body lotion-coffee-tea-bisquits-mineral water free+welcome gift. I will definitely stay here again if return to Piacenza.
2nd floor without lift, could be hard if you are older or hard to step up.

The room was clean and well organized.
The pictures were a bit misleading about the structure of the place. I thought (according to the pictures) it was an apartment with a leaving room. In reality, it is a shared leaving for 4 rooms, each rooms is for booking.
In addition, it didn’t feel like a place that wanted to host, there were too many rules and the overall vibe was “be as little as you can here and leave”.
