From start to finish this stay was brilliant. Steve sent all the details over and met us promptly on arrival, he t he then showed us how to get into the apartment, how everything worked, he also explained how to use all of the facilities and gave us some good recommendations for food and things to do with children. Steve couldn’t have been more welcoming and on top of the hospitality the apartment was clean and comfortable, it had everything a family could need for a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and next time we are visiting Nottingham this will be where we book.
I honestly have nothing negative to say.

Steve was really informative from start to finish. We met him in the shopping centre. Very easy communication was excellent. He told us about the local area where to eat and water to do.
Slightly dated inside excellent for groups to visit the 2 bedroom slept 4 in your own beds

Brilliant.. perfect location, good price, all amenities you need and lovely, clean rooms. Steve, who met us to check in couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, knows a lot about the area and things to do/see as well which was very useful. Absolutely fantastic.
