Spacious room and bathroom;
Easy to park outside;
Comfortable bed;
Cheap option near San Diego, but worth the price? I don't think so!
Old, smelly and poorly maintained house;
Very dirty bathroom;
The pool seems nice in the photo. However, it is one of those old pools with yellow water that you prefer to stay away from.
The owner was always smiling, but didn't really help us much. It would have been nice to be accompanied to the room and be explained the main things: how the fan works, wifi details, etc. Maybe he was embarrassed to show us a room/bathroom that were not properly cleaned. Let's say he didn't make us feel comfortable in the house.
I am sure that you can definitely find a smaller but cleaner, similar-price property.
