The pictures were accurate. Very comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. A walkable location. (Restaurants, a mini market, coffee shops all very close). Almost everything was thought of: towels, washing machine pods, hairdryer, spare pillows. It was immaculately clean and hardly any wear and tear. It looks like the furniture was brand new (had the new furniture smell). We could always find street parking nearby. It was very quiet so we could sleep well. Everything looked super modern but it was also cosy. A smart TV! which is rare and actually worked! Internet (WiFi) was available and fast.
The negative points are relatively minor and is more feedback: the checkin is super super late. We arrived at 9am by ferry and had to wait until 4- if they gave an option for a 3pm checkin, it would have been better. Also found it strange that we needed to check in in person when we got a code and already sent our passports. The instructions to switch on the hot water button were such that we needed to video call the host (it’s a switch, not a button and it was hidden). Also would have liked additional trash bags as we stayed longer and brought the garbage out ourselves to avoid insects. (There were a lot of ants)
