We liked our stay at this place, as the location is close to the sea and two nice bagni (Casa Dei and Bagno Schiuma). It has all the potential to be a great place (see the comments below).
It felt like we were the first guests and/or that nobody ever checked whether the equipment is a all fine. With a few improvements this place could be amazing. What irritated us was that there was - no WIFI - no hairdryer - no kettle - no toiletpaper, at least at a first glance. Well, we found one roll inside a "welcome pack" hidden inside one of the wardrobes - no salt, pepper, oil, coffee or anything else that often stays in apartments and which was left by previous guests. So you have to buy everything yourself Also, when you interact with the agency it feels like you're always interacting with a chat-bot instead of a real person, and you receive (in my opinion) too many automated emails. Finally, if you have a big car (SUV or station wagon), it will be impossible to use the underground parking and you will have to park in front of the house.
