Great location, cleanliness, great shower.
Bodywash bottle in shower was empty ( but we had brought own as didn’t expect any there).

The hotel was near to the centre of Whitby.
When arriving at the hotel, top floor with 3 flights of stairs i found the room not cleaned from the last guest. Unmade bed, dirty towels. After a lot of messages, the room was then cleaned. Tea and coffee was supplied with oat milk! Great if you like that sort of thing. Bed was in an enclosed alcove. Comfy bed but the room was quite small. Not really worth the money to be fair.
