We didn’t realise that that the key safe was right round the corner of the building, and had mistakenly understood it to be just to the right of the door to the bar. The problem was solved when we went into the bar, and a very helpful member of staff came out to show us the way. There were then no more further access problems at all.
The accommodation was spotless and immaculate barring one very slight problem. The bath mat in the shower, whilst not being filthy, was quite grubby, and it is a shame that this had slipped the owner’s attention

Fantastic location. Property very spacious & comfy a real home from home. Although above a pub found it very quiet overall on evenings.
Communication from owners was fantastic.
Saving up for return visit, will definitely be my first choice for my mini breaks to Filey.
Was ok as only me staying but be nice have 2 keys if couple staying so don’t have all steps to let each other in.

It was decorated well and good location and very clean
Very thin walls so we could hear the neighbours and staff in the bar downstairs all hours
