This is a good value property. £315 is very cheap for London and it isn’t too far of a walk to various stations, venues and restaurants/pubs.
I think a couple of small changes could be made to make it a little more comfortable, for example the lighting in the room is very clinical, with one exposed, cold-white bulb. A warm white lamp next to the bed, and a warm white bulb with a light shade would make the room so much comfier. Maybe a little paper bin too?
The front door is a nightmare to lock and unlock. I get the impression that it’s just very loose, and the key doesn’t always open the door when turned. It just spins around in the lock sometimes which is a pain when in a rush. In all honesty, I think a new front door would be much more secure and safe.
