La conservation de l'ambiance d'époque. La literie était confortable et avait été préparée conformément à notre demande. Le mobilier est splendide et confortable. La salle d'eau moderne spacieuse avec un potentiel d'installation d'équipements avec une machine à laver et aussi un sanibroyeur qui pourrait améliorer le confort des utilisateurs.
Mes parents âgés ont en effet pas trop aimé d'aller aux toilettes dans les parties communes. Difficile de fermer la porte de la salle de bain pour eux. La cuvette des WC serait à changer car fixations cassées.

L'authenticité et l'originalité des lieux. La salle de bain est très bien agencée et spacieuse, une toilette la compléterait avantageusement. La cuisine est correcte pour de cours séjours.
Les toilettes sont en très mauvais état et la poubelle était pleine de rouleaux usagés. Manque flagrant d'entretien.
