Location convenient for station, central and not far from cathedral. Plenty of caffès and restaurants nearby. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable.
Communication was a bit confusing with several emails and a what’s app message asking for information already communicated so it seems as if several people were dealing with the booking but without proper communication between them

The accommodation is strategically located for those arriving in Naples for the first time by train or airport bus. Access to the property is well-designed, and the room surfaces are easy to keep clean. The bathroom is more than satisfactory, with a high-quality shower. Additionally, the property features a small safe and a mini-fridge stocked with water for guests. The Wi-Fi works reliably.
Unfortunately, the first night I slept without blankets (none at all?on the hard sofa. I probably managed only 1-2 hours of sleep in total, partly because the air conditioning was necessary. We arrived around 11:30 PM late and there is no staff on-site. I could only report the issue the next morning by leaving a written note at the reception. The problem was resolved with apologies, but having paid for three people, clearly stated the ages of the guests, and prepaid the required tourist taxes, this oversight feels like a major red flag. I don’t want my review to discourage potential guests, as mistakes can happen, and the host made a clear effort to ensure an overall enjoyable experience.
