EVERYTHING! Letizi is exceptional and so sweet. Great 55" high quality widescreen TV! THE BESTTTTT Internet at ANY hotel I have ever stayed! Excellent air conditioning! LOVE the fact the room has a washing maching made by BOTSCH! FULLLL Kitchen has a dishwasher! Front door is SUPER SECURE with security bar NO ONE could break into! GORGEOUS property! Gives plenty of coffee for machine in kitchen! Kitchen stocked with olive oil, rice an other necessities!

Gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage, abgelegen von der Straße, zwischen Olivengärten und Baumschulen.
Außerdem macht die Wohnung selbst, das Appartement „Charlotte“, einen stilvoll gepflegten, charmanten Eindruck. Die Aufteilung der Schlafplätze ist großzügig. Es gibt auch eine voll eingerichtete Küche. Und nicht zuletzt hat Letizia, unsere Gastgeberin, bei Fragen stets ein offenes Ohr gehabt. Für den Ausflug nach Florenz hat sie uns passende Verbindungen des Öffentlichen Nahverkehrs herausgesucht, hatte Tipps für den Einkauf usw. Sehr angenehm!
Die Wände waren etwas hellhörig, das Schlafsofa etwas laut, wenn man sich im Liegen drehte. Aber das war zu verschmerzen bei all den schönen Erlebnissen, die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten.

The position on the quiet property, being away from the city. It's very scenic.
Letizia was an excellent host, gave us a lift to town and introduced us to a Tuscan traditional trattoria and showed us the Tourism office
The pullout sofa bed is not comfortable

Die Wohnung war sehr komplett mit großer Küche und Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Sauber. Es waren die notwendigen Dinge ausreichend vorhanden: Kaffee, Salz, Zucker, Trinkwasser, Klopapier, Putzutensilien, etc. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Managerin war gut erreichbar und entgegenkommend. Komme gerne wieder
Leider muß das Auto in der prallen Sonne parken.
