We had an absolutely wonderful stay over the long weekend. The property truly lives up to its 4-star reputation—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable family getaway.
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space is both luxurious and welcoming, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for spending quality time together. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor space was a real highlight for both the adults and the kids.
The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out, and it’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into creating a memorable experience for their guests. Communication was smooth and helpful from start to finish.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay and exactly what we needed for a relaxing family break. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a high-end, stress-free getaway.
Only a small issue with running hot water in the first room on-suite shower. However because there are so many other bathrooms available to use, it really didn’t impact us at all.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Purley property which featured a large social area which was great for our family Christmas gathering. Some things we enjoyed were the comfortable rooms with on-suite bathrooms in several of them and a couple of other bathrooms in the house. Off-street parking for several vehicles and plants throughout the house were also nice touches. The property is spread across 3 floors so, while this was not an issue for our group, it might be worth considering this feature for others with mobility issues.
The size of the pots/pans in the kitchen were small in comparison to the number of people the house accommodates so we ended up bringing some larger pots from elsewhere. It could also be helpful to have a larger dining table/seating arrangement.

The size of the house and the rooms, the facilities, the location and the welcome packet that was left on the kitchen Island when we arrived.
It was a rough begin when we arrived, there was no adequate instructions on possible electrical issues. Oven was disarmed when we arrived and it costed us 3 hours trying to find the switch. Property management could not help either.
Also the 4pm check in time is ridiculous, as is the 10 am check out time.
Despite the already exurbitant cost of the property, we were charged £15 extra for 1.5 hour early check in.
That is definitely not client friendly.
As much as I would want to refer my contacts, that check in and check out time will be the obstructive factor.
