Perfect location at Puntamika district of Zadar. Friendly and caring hosts, clean appartment, great value for money. Especially liked the vicinity of clay tennis courts and the seashore promenade, we‘ll definitely be returning next year.

Schöne Unterkunft, schönes Bad, das Bett war bequem. Unterkunft ist sehr nah zu mehreren Stränden und es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe. In die Stadt braucht man circa 45 Minuten zu Fuß. Gastgeberin ist freundlich und per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Der Check-In war ebenfalls problemlos.
Der Außenbereich ist nicht privat, sondern wird von allen Gästen geteilt. Das Zimmer "Meerblick" sollte nicht wegen dem Meerblick gebucht werden.

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and always quick to answer any questions I had. They also shared helpful tips and recommendations, which were especially useful since I didn’t prepare an itinerary beforehand. Everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I would definitely book with them again if I return to Zadar.
Noise from the other room could occasionally be heard, but this was understandably beyond the host’s control.

Good location near the Pebble Beach and just 15 mins from Zadar attractions- apartment was clean with all facilities and the Owner stays near by so it’s convenient for any issues - Over all Highly recommended we stayed for 4 days
