The view was fantastic and would be difficult to beat! Air conditioning was excellent. TV's in both living rooms and bedrooms functioned perfectly. Coffee machine with capsules was an added benefit. Fridge with some cold water on arrival. Lots of space - 2 living areas Balcony was perfect for sitting with your morning coffee or a late night glass of wine. Parking area was secure and easy - but we did not use it. First time we have ever stayed somewhere where everything worked! Friendly host provided useful information on local area. Good public transport links to Monaco and Carnoles/Menton and Nice airport (Train/Bus/Uber)

Although the location had fantastic views and was peaceful - there are no local amenities like shops, bars, beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance - but this could also be viewed as a positive if you want a quiet location or are happy to drive/pay for an Uber. Buses were regular during the day time but not always to the schedule and less reliable in the evening - but one always turned up eventually. A small and clean beach with limited amenities and a train station close by but a lot of steps to go down - not so much fun in the heat! Apartment entrance next to a busy road, but not really a problem for noise as actual residence is a few floors up.

The views from this property are out of this world!! To open up your bedroom window to a view of the Mediterranean Sea is a special experience. The property was equipped with everything you could need and more, with condiments and additional food available. The air-conditioning was fantastic, which was needed with the high heat and humidity. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious. Particularly loved dining outside, morning and evening on the veranda.

Small thing- Watch out for the low wooden bed frame- it can catch you on the shin.

The view was exceptional and thats about it. The space in the bedrooms was great, except the showers in the bathrooms were extremely small.

When we arrived to the front door we immediately noticed the giant ants all over the beautiful patio and into the entrance kitchen and bathrooms and the living room of the couch. There were dried up moths all over the corners of the house. It looks like the property is not maintained between bookings. There were stains from glasses on the dining room table and coffee table. The washer did not work properly and damaged 2 articles of clothing. I booked this location because of the georgeous view and the patio and we could not enjoy it at all. On the 2nd morning I actually cleaned the Patio with the table and chairs myself with whatever supplies I could find. It helped with the ant problem for about a day but the ants kept coming. This is something that is preventable and should have been maintained knowing I had booked the property a month in advance. The extra bed provided was not comfortable and had an odor and visible stains. This property needs to be assessed again for the quality you are getting for the price. The little things that were not maintained were the main reason I chose this location. Patio, 2 bathrooms and washer need to be addressed.
