Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty i nowoczesny. Zdjęcia zamieszczone na stronie oddają realny wygląd apartamentu. W samym centrum Como, blisko jeziora i stacji kolejowej.

Апартамента е на превъзходно място с чудесна гледка към Брунате в една от стаите, в сърцето на Комо. Престоя беше повече от задоволителен. Достатъчно място имаше за всички гости, просторен и удобен. В близост до него има платен охраняем паркинг, където оставихме нашият автомобил. Препоръчвам го и отново бих го посетила.
Добре би било, да предупреждават гостите да не включат климатиците във всички стаи едновременно, защото пада бушона, но не в апартамента, а бушона който е навън, явно имат проблем със електрическото захранване. Когато се случи беше 21.30 часа вечерта. Захранването дойде на следващият ден, но пък бяха подготвени със свещи, беше романтично. Получих ясни инструкции за отсраняването на проблема, но бяхме само жени и не се справихме. Имахме две нощувки и капсули за кафе само за едната сутрин.

The location was great! The apartment was spacious, modern and comfortable.
Quite tricky to get in, but the detailed instructions helped. Also, garbage sorting was quite difficult and the bags too small!
The bathroom door in the apartment 7 didn’t lock, also we had issues with the lock of the main door of this apartment, as it didn’t work properly! There was no actions from the support even if we shared this problem via booking. This was disappointing

There was no one available to help us on arrival. The instructions were not clear and no one was available by phone. It took us 1 hours to get in late at night. We saw other guests of Wonderful Italy having the same issues during our stay.
Better availability to help get into the property and resolve the heater being on.
