Overlooking Lake Constance, the “small vacation apartment” with stepless interior design in Bodman-Ludwigshafen impresses guests with its lake view. The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area, a kitchen and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. This vacation home has a private balcony where you can relax in the evening.
Our Haus zum Heiden is centrally located, about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful riverside facilities in Ludwigshafen. We have parking spaces available for you directly at the house. The proximity to the forest enables relaxing walks on hiking trails with a unique panoramic view. Due to the central location of the house, you will find the necessary infrastructure (bakery, restaurants, shopping facilities, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. We are located on the longest cycle path in Europe, which means you can start your cycle tours directly from the "Haus zum Heiden". Hiking trails and the famous Seegang premium hiking trail are not far from the house. The village itself offers you as a guest many leisure activities. From the lido and boules lanes to various adventure playgrounds directly on the lake for our youngest guests. Please note: a stay with dogs should be requested in advance. An additional fee will be charged.
