The luxurious villa Nerina is located in Zaton, a famous tourist destination located near the royal town of Nin. It is also not far from the city of Zadar, which is definitely worth a visit! If you are looking for a peaceful vacation, clean and clear sea, and delicious traditional dishes, then Villa Nerina is perfect for you!
It was built in 2018 in a contemporary style, and with its 188 m2 of living space, it offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. It is only 600 meters from the nearest sea and beach, which will be an excellent opportunity to explore the depths of the sea with your family and friends and enjoy a full-day swim. The villa is fully air-conditioned, and on the upper floor it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. As an additional bed for 2 people, you can use the sofa bed located in the living room. Also, each of the aforementioned bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom with a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet.
What will especially delight animal lovers is the fact that pets are allowed in Villa Nerina (maximum 3 dogs for a fee of €10.00 per dog per day).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for friends or family, and in the living room you can relax on the couch and enjoy your favorite movies. The dining room has a table with 8 seats, while on the outdoor terrace there is another dining table.
On the outdoor terrace there is also a 35 m2 swimming pool with 6 sun loungers next to it, and there is an outdoor jacuzzi where you can spend romantic evenings with wine or a cocktail. You will be able to prepare traditional Dalmatian dishes using an outdoor charcoal or wood-fired grill.
Villa Nerina is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces.
