Casa Magnolia is a modern & fully equipped home that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It offers one master ensuite bedroom, two more double bedrooms and an open-space living room with kitchen and dining area. The apartment is surrounded by balconies overlooking the tree garden. Within a 10-20’ drive you can reach many famous Akrotiri beaches like Kalathas, Stavros, Marathi, Seitan Limani or at 20’ drive you get to Chania center. Air condition, wifi, washer & dishwasher available!
Our modern and spacious apartment offers absolute comfort and privacy as it can accommodate up to 6 people in 110m2 of interior space.
It offers one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower) and air conditioning. There is also one bedroom with a double bed and one with twin beds (that can also be joined to make a double). There is an open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal of the day and two dining tables. The living room features an XL corner sofa and cable/smart TV set and it offers direct access to the balcony terrace with extra outdoor sitting space overlooking the garden. There is one more air conditioning unit in the living room and 2 fans for the two bedrooms. One more spacious bathroom with a bathtub is available.
The house is situated in the area of Kathiana, on the suburbs of Chania at the Akrotiri peninsula. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center but also be close to some of the most popular beaches like Kalathas, Marathi, the famous Stavros beach where ‘'Zorba the Greek' was filmed or the currently trending Seitan Limani beach with its pool like waters!

Our home is located in the residential area of Kathiana at the center of Akrotiri peninsula. At the nearby town of Aroni you can find cafes, souvlaki & fast food takeaways, a minimarket, pharmacy & ATM. There is also a bus stop with regular routes to the center of Chania.
Akrotiri offers some unique spots to enjoy the sun and the sea like the famous Stavros beach where ‘'Zorba the Greek' was filmed or the Seitan Limani beach! Still, within a 10-20’ drive there are the gorgeous beaches of Kalathas, Marathi, Loutraki, Machairida, or Tersanas!
