After a fun day at the various beach bars nearby, come home to your own hidden ocean view paradise. Take in the awesome sights of the blue water from the endless and tranquil veranda, while sipping a glass of your favorite Greek wine. Only 35 min away from the Airport, 25 min away from Rafina Port, where ships and ferries depart for most of the popular Greek Islands and barely an hour drive from downtown Athens... this is the perfect spot for both city and beach life. There's even a mini market walking distance from the unit that is open from 8am to about 11pm and has almost anything you may need from wine to cigars to fresh fruits and vegetables.
This 100 sq. meter home with an open concept Living Room/Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a huge veranda has ample space for everyone. A short walk down the street you will find the perfect little private swimming spot where you can spend some quiet time while taking a quick dip in the pristine, clear waters. A 5 or 6 min. drive takes you down to the famous Schinias Beach, known as the best beach area near Athens. There you can choose between various organized beach bars or sit under the countless pine trees and enjoy the free, 5km long beach! The local taverns are to die for at affordable prices and nice vibes. Plenty to do around here for everyone. Explore the little towns of Nea Makri or Marathon, do some local shopping or have late night drinks at nearby bars by the beach.
