Beautifully designed and furnished, Number 4 creates an exceptional base from which to enjoy all that this famous slice of surf-lined coast has to offer. Inside, you'll find a tastefully styled, airy retreat curated for comfort and entertaining. The open-plan living space with its sleek kitchen and dining area is perfect for being together, whether you're relaxing, cooking, or sharing a meal. Floor-to-ceiling glass makes the most of the views and floods the space with natural light, while doors open onto a sun-drenched balcony, ideal for watching the waves over a morning coffee, or sunsets with a glass of bubbly.
When it's time to unwind, three inviting bedrooms offer the perfect retreat. One has an en-suite for added luxury, while a family bathroom ensures plenty of space for everyone. Situated between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth Beach is best known for its safe swimming and family-friendly atmosphere. Lifeguarded year-round, its shallow waters are ideal for young children to splash and play, and low tide reveals many rock pools for young ones explore.
Just across the road, Roo’s Beach Hut has all your seaside essentials, from fishing nets and buckets to sun cream, while Café Coast, is a casual spot to enjoy a cream tea or an ice cream in the sunshine. For those looking to catch some serious waves, Watergate Bay is just a five-minute drive north, while the iconic Fistral Beach is around 10 minutes away in the other direction. Newquay’s other terrific beaches, including Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, and Great Western, are also close by, as well as the town’s many excellent restaurants, surf shops, and golf course.

Apartment and facilities were fantastic and the welcome pack of local goodies was just what we needed after a long drive.Only disappointment was the dog restriction times on Porth beach but overall not enough to spoil our holiday.

A lovely, well appointed, apartment with sea views and parking for two cars per apartment. Porth beach is a three minute walk away and is dog friendly at certain times of day/season.
Other local beaches and attractions are easily reachable.
We stayed for five nights, three adults and one dog.
The apartment holds everything you need including washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, hairdryer, etc.
The three very comfortable bedrooms are served by two bathrooms, one being en-suite.
The local pizza restaurant Ansum, is a two minute walk away and is dog friendly with fantastic food for both eat in and take away. There are plenty of other dog friendly options for eating out within easy reach.
We had one slight issue with the patio doors which was dealt with quickly by the maintenance team who are easily contactable.
I would definitely return to stay here
