The apartment “Sto Bene Qua” is located in the outskirts of Lucca, just 600m from the beautiful medieval city walls and near the train station. The apartment has two balconies and a picturesque view over the city towers and the ancient aqueduct Nottolini.There are always many good reasons to come to Tuscany, and just as many to choose the city of Lucca as a base for a weekend, a week or a longer stay.The apartment ‘Sto Bene Qua’, ideally located about 600 m from the historic centre of Lucca and near the train station, will allow guests to visit the entire city on foot. The apartment is an ideal base for any activity: excursions to the most important cities of art (connections to Florence and Pisa are convenient and frequent), trips to the sea or to the mountains to the beautiful Cinque Terre or the Serchio Valley.Lucca is also the city of walls and squares, churches, medieval towers and lively streets where you can breathe in the aroma of good food and hear the romantic arias of Puccini.Guests will find a beautiful promenade just a few metres away, following a path that skirts the arches of the ancient Nottolini aqueduct: it is a flat, illuminated path of about 3 km that crosses the countryside between Lucca and Capannori.The flat is located on the second floor and consists of: entrance hall, kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee maker, exit to a 3 sqm balcony, living room with sofa, dining table, exit to a 4 sqm balcony equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with French bed, 1 large bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and dryer.The house is nicely furnished in modern style, parquet flooring in the bedrooms. Pets allowed only if well-behaved.Parking space near the house.
