L'appartement est tout neuf, avec des équipements complets et neufs, tout était très propre, ça sentait bon, avec une place de parking au RDC (très simple pour se garer ). La propriétaire est adorable , on a trouvé une décoration de noel avec plein de pâtisseries locales en guise de bienvenue, elle a déposé le lendemain des cadeaux pour les enfants (on est arrivé le soir de Noël). Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et des endroits à visiter et son choix était excellent. le quartier est central , en voiture on est à 10-15 minutes de tous les sites.

Gospodyni była bardzo pomocna. Wyjaśniła zagadnienia związane z obiektem. Ponadto czekała na nas na miejscu parkingowym, co było bardzo miłym gestem w ciężkich do jazdy Atenach. Apartament znajduje się w niedawno wybudowanym budynku, mieszkanie jest nowoczesne. Dwa balkony, klimatyzacja bardzo przydały się podczas pobytu i znacząco wpływają pozytywnie na komfort mieszkania. Bezpieczna okolica, ze sklepami w pobliżu.
Kolonia mrówek w pobliżu miejsca parkingowego, które znajduje się pod budynkiem w którym znajduje się apartament. Lepiej uważać żeby nie zostawić niczego do jedzenia w samochodzie, gdyż grozi to inwazją mrówek w środku.
Brak suszarki do suszenia prania.

Το διαμέρισμα αξίζει και με το παραπάνω! Πεντακάθαρο, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με δικό του parking, βολικό στην τοποθεσία του, δίπλα σε ολα, σε σούπερ μάρκετ, σε φούρνο, σε καφέ & σε συγκοινωνίες! Έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημενη για την επιλογή μου! Όσο για την Βασιλική, συνεννοήσιμη εξυπηρετικότατη και πρόθυμη σε ότι της ζητήθηκε!
Βασιλική, θα σε επιλέξω ξανά όταν χρειαστεί να ταξιδέψω Αθήνα!
