The host, Noel, was always accessible, and helpful with general information. There was also parking, which made things very convenient; plus the location was very close to downtown Waterford. There was also a hot water boiler for tea in the room, in addition to some tea bags, fruit and biscuits - which was so very nice after a long day of travel. Most of all, the bed was super comfortable - I slept like a baby!
Google Maps original took me to the wrong address - but that's on Google; not the host!

Clean, neat and tidy ... lamp could have done with a wipe; very dusty. Fruit and snacks to nibble on.
Need plush towels; those rough one's are not suited to the place. Would have preffered a welcom in person; not via a phone call.

Bed comfortable. Tea & coffee facilities reasonable.
Room was quite small. The bathroom was away from room such that you had to go into corridor which wasn't convenient if bathroom needed in middle of night. Parking wasn't adequate for the number of letting rooms.
