The apartment, in the centre of St Agnes was immaculately clean and sunny. Appreciated all the details and high standard of furnishings. The apartment was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Great central heating at the touch of a button.
Access. No parking. You approach the apartment through a stairway, above the garage below and there is no parking outside. Which makes unloading and loading the car difficult, particularly if mobility is an issue. Often we needed to circle the village several times to find a parking places and this was usually 5 or 10 mins walk. Purely for this reason, I wouldn't re book the property for another stay and pick somewhere with parking.

Location is very good, walkable to all of the village and down to the beach, very close to a couple of good pubs. The spec of the apartment is very high.
Not having a parking space gives a bit of anxiety even though only once did we not get parked with-in a 5 min walk
