Im Flur sind 2 Stufen, die nicht als solche gekennzeichnet sind. Für Menschen mit Sehschwäche gefährlich. Ich bin darüber gestolpert und habe dann jeweils an die Seiten der Stufen etwas weißes gelegt zur Kennzeichnung. Günstig wäre an den Rand der Stufen einen weißen Streifen anzubringen. Ansonsten würde ich die Fewo jederzeit wieder buchen

Die Wohnung hat den Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Fotos entsprechen dem wirklichen Zustand der Unterkunft, was sehr positiv ist. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Das Haus ist hundefreundlich, selbst Näpfe standen zur Verfügung. :-) Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckeres, italienisches Restaurant (Da Peppe). Unbedingt dort essen gehen. Auch das Schloß Lieser ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wer Lust auf Wandern hat: Sowohl die Weinberge, als auch die Mosel sind sofort erreichbar. Nach Bernkastel Kues sind es ca. 5 km, also zu Fuß eine gute Stunde. Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Moderne Wohnung mit guter Lage im Ortszentrum, aber eigenem Parkplatz. Für 4 Erwachsene ggf. etwas klein.
Schlafsofa für 2 Erwachsene etwas unbequem/klein, zudem im Gemeinschaftsraum (keine Privatsphäre). Wohnung im Souterrain, daher etwas dunkel. Beleuchtung könnte etwas optimiert werden (wärmeres Licht, auch indirekt). Geschirr/Gläser könnten aufgestockt werden.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage und ‚fast‘ alles vorhanden was man so braucht
zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad und fehlendes Aussenrollo im Bad und zur Verdunkelung im Wohnzimmer. Das Sofabett war sehr unbequem.
