Es war alles sehr sauber. Waschmaschine und Waschmittel waren vorhanden. Es gab mobile Heizkörper. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah an einem dchönen Park gelegen.

La casa si trova a poca distenza dal Palazzo dei Papi e dal cuore storico della città raggiungibile con 15 minuti a piedi, come la stazione di porta Romana. La struttura ha poca luce naturale, ma gli spazi sono più che comodi per due persone. La camera e il bagno si trovano al piano superiore soppalcato, ottimo relax, silenzio , letto comodo, soffito di travi antiche e muro in pietra a vista contribuiscono a una atmosfera accogliente sopratutto nella camera letto. Bar per colazione a pochi passi, come il market. L'host Alessandro molto disponibile. Facilissimo anche recupero delle chiavi senza le solite complicazioni.

Modern two level apartment with bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and living room / kitchen downstairs. Great comfortable queen size bed and excellent heating /aircon equipment. There is a small washing machine in the kitchen and a coin laundry is 5 mins away to dry clothes at €1 per 5 mins. Also 3 mins away is a modern Conad supermarket outside the city walls.
