Месторасположение. Но при этом, это не совсем первая линия, что компенсируется тишиной. В остальном всё хорошо.
Не предоставлялось место для парковки, хотя имеется двор и ворота.
Не удобный душ.
Не очень функциональная кухня и нет вытяжки, что в процессе приготовления накладывает неприятный отпечаток. Пар и запах не устраняется.

It's a spacious apartment with modern furniture as shown in the photos.
The problem started with the lady at the reception, who did not speak either Greek or English, only North Macedonian! She had to call someone on Viber in order to answer a simple question (where to leave the key tomorrow morning). Then we found out that the upstairs floor was rather dirty, to keep it short it hadn't been mopped for a long time. Then, I noticed some stains on the sheets and the fitted sheet on the double bed was one of those I would put as an undersheet normally (they did smell clean though). Finally, we realised at 10:40 pm that we didn't have any hot water to have a shower. I managed to find the owner's number and let him know (there is no contact info anywhere in the apartment, so had to search through Booking) and we did manage to have a shower 40 minutes later, but this was too tiring for us as we wanted an early sleep with our two children. The owner was apologetic and gave me a handful of excuses for not meeting our standards, but this does not change our experience.
